Julie Littlechild is a speaker, writer and researcher based out of Canada. Her firm, Absolute Engagement, helps advisors firms tailor their client and team experiences to actively support a compelling personal vision for the future. Julie has worked with and studied successful financial advisers, their clients and their teams for more than twenty years. Prior to launching Absolute Engagement she launched and ran one of the industry’s leading research firms focused on client engagement. She is the author of a popular blog, the co-host of the Becoming Referable podcast and her first book, The Pursuit of Absolute Engagement, was released in January, 2017. Julie sat on the national board of the US Financial Planning Association from 2010 – 2013, was twice identified as one of the 25 Most Influential People in Financial Planning by Investment Advisor Magazine and won the Influencer Award in practice management from Financial Planning Magazine. Susan Bradley, CFP®, CeFT® is the founder of the Sudden Money® Institute & Financial Transitionist Institute, which began 17 years ago as a community of practice seeking to better serve their financial planning clients by developing process and tools for the personal side of money and for clients going through transitions. This think tank created the Certified Financial Transitionist® (CeFT®) designation, and a division for training and certification called the Financial Transitionist® Institute. Susan has served on the FPA’s National Board of Directors, she currently sits on the National Football League’s Players Association’s Financial Education Advisory Board, and she serves as the Dean of Transitions for the Council of Deans of the Purposeful Planning Institute. She is seen and heard frequently in the national media, including NBC’s Nightly News, CNN, NPR, The Wall Street Journal and The New York Times.
