WHAT?
ELAN is exploring the possibility of setting up a group insurance plan for the benefit of our member organizations. We are curious to know which organizations would be interested in offering health insurance to their employees. Taking this survey will help us assess your needs and what services we should prioritize.
WHY?
Bringing our organizational members together under a common plan would allow us to provide greater access to collective protection, a wider range of benefits with fewer restrictions, and a reduction in administrative fees and insurance costs. The plan would be administered through the insurer and ELAN.
