Well, it is almost May.  I simply cannot fathom how quickly time seems to fly past us. The last five months have been busy as our team has taken a moment to step back and build a foundation that will help us grow and continue to fight extreme poverty.

We are thoroughly excited about the future.  We have recently added new board members, hired !deation to help us grow Garage Sales for Orphans, taken an amazing vision trip with key pastors and leaders . . . we could go on and on.

We are blessed, excited and working hard.  We are committed to stewarding the funds that generous donors like you have given to help advance our mission to care for vulnerable children, empower leaders and transform communities in Africa and Haiti.

Here are some specific updates:

GS4O - We have re-branded and launched a new site. This update is the first step of many iterations to come.  GS4O is going to get better, plain and simple.  There will be more tools, more data, more stories of transformation.  Go here to check it out.

Africa - May 6 -18, Lamar Stockton (our International Operations Director), Scott Wade (our Creative Director) and I are heading to Uganda and Zimbabwe to plan for the future and spend time with our local leaders as well as Tim and Genessa Newberry, our Africa Directors living in Jinja, Uganda. Our story started in Zimbabwe in 2007, and we are deeply committed to Africa and cannot wait to see how God uses our tribe to make a difference.  Follow us on Facebook and Twitter to keep up with our journey and please remember to pray for us!

Annual Report - We believe in transparency. We want our donors to see how their funds are being leveraged and the impact that is taking place. (Click Here to view the Annual Report.) This is your story!

Ferrier Village & The Legacy Project - Lamar Stockton just spent 10 days in Haiti working with our leaders on both of these projects. Visit the project pages for Ferrier Village and Legacy Project to see the updates.  Once again, the Help One Now tribe is on the move and seeing tangible results. We are deeply thankful, for it is because of leaders like Gaetan and Jean Alix that we are able to see these projects come alive.

Thanks for taking the time to read this quick update, but more importantly, for walking with us on this amazing journey. Together, we are all trying to keep up with God and His mission to serve those who are suffering.

Chris Marlow
