We don't meet in a school because we love beige upholstery and fluorescent lighting. We meet in a school because it connects us to our community and creates relationships with people we can love and serve!
One of the most fun ways we are able to serve our school is through Teacher Appreciation Week. Each year, we spoil the teachers for a week, providing food and activities each day. It is a ton of fun and a great way to celebrate the teachers who keep our community alive and thriving. And we need your help to make it happen!

Mother's Remembrance Dinner (5/11)
We recognize that Mother’s Day can be a painful time for those who no longer have their mother here to celebrate. Please join us for dinner as we honor mothers lost. Come as you are – no expectations, no judgement. Saturday, May 11, 5:30pm at the Bazer's home. Questions? Contact Sabrina for more information.
Kid's Church Help for Mother's Day
To honor the ladies who volunteer in kids church on Mother's Day, we would like to give them the week off. Men, young adults, youth, if you could cover some of those spots to help make this happen, please let Lindsay know. This would be much appreciated and a great chance for our kids to see new faces caring for them!
Our May Family Connection newsletter is available for you to download and read. This is a great way to keep informed with what your kids are learning in kids church.
New Series - First Corinthians
The church at Corinth was probably not more than 5 years old when Paul wrote to them with his first letter ... not much younger than we are today. What kind of struggles were plaguing a 5-year-old church 2000 years ago? What can we learn from their struggles here and now?
As many of you know, Luke and Melanie Dabbs will soon be adopting a little boy from Sierra Leone. In the process they will be visiting the orphanage and will be taking donations to help them care for children orphaned by the Ebola virus.
