The 12th National Pubwatch conference will be on Tuesday 10th February 2015 at The Cheltenham Park Hotel, (further details will be posted on the National Pubwatch website in due course). We are keen to ensure that subject matter at the conference is relevant to the trade and attending delegates, to that end if you have any subject which you would like to be discussed during the breakout sessions please e-mail email@example.com with brief details, we can then coordinate responses and try and tailor the conference to suit those attending.

WHY ARE PUBS STILL REFUSING PASS CARDS?
National Pubwatch realises that there is very strong pressure on operators to refuse entry to young people, who they believe to be under 18; regardless of the form of ID they may have in their possession. FARNWORTH AND KEARSLEY PUB & CLUB WATCH RAISE MONEY FOR DEFIBRILLATORS
Readers will remember that in January of this year we reported that eight life saving defibrillators had been placed in premises within the Horwich and Blackrod Pubwatch area. We have received news from Eddie Brooks Chairman of Farnworth and Kearsley Pub and Club Watch that shortly after the defibrillators were installed one of their members, 83 year old Lez Openshaw was playing snooker in St Marys Horwich when he suffered a heart attack...(read more here)
HAND â€“ BOTTLETOP ALCOHOL DIVERSION SCHEME ON
In February of this year NPW held its annual conference in Manchester. One of the conference breakout sessions featured a presentation by Police Inspector Nick Semper and licensee Dan Guerche regarding the Hereford Bottletop Alcohol Diversion Scheme.
