Happy Summer Solstice!
A day of LIGHT & ILLUMINATION.

It is a powerful yearly event that invites us to ground in our SUN and recharge easily with the magical sun out there.
These past 2 years for some of us might have been demanding to keep our LIGHT on or we gave it so generously it is hard to connect with IT or we feel depleted or the Light became too violent, too hot and agressive.

The Meditation HONOR THE SUN WITHIN is realigning us with our Light while staying open to be recharged by the immense LIGHT we will receive today. Great way to tune into other’s LIGHT and shade LIGHT on any situation you have been facing in the dark.
