This week let's
Recognize How Powerful the Emotional Energy of Fear Can Be and How We Can Handle It...
As all of us have experienced, at one time or another, fear can keep us from moving in a desired direction.

At an extreme level, fear becomes paralyzing or manifests itself in panic attacks.

As Mark Twain once said
about fear and the role our own mind plays
in enabling the debilitating impact of fear: "I have suffered through a whole lot of
horrible experiences in my life,
most of which have never happened."

Our mind takes us to the worst possible scenario,
and it is up to us to realize this as it is happening
and overcome it. One of the
best solutions
I have discovered is Susan Jeffer's concept
of Feel the Fear and Do it Anyway,
because as she points out in her book of the same name,
no matter what happens, You Can Handle It!
