This Week Let's Focus on the Concept of Stress...

Most people struggle with this concept called "Stress" , this feeling of anxiousness that invades our body and mind at times. 

But is "Stress" an independent force?  Or is it something that we can control and turn into an advantage?

Thinking about it, we cannot touch "Stress" so it really only exists in our mind, which should give us confidence that we have the ability to control "Stress"  rather than the other way around.

This very insightful TED talk by Kelly  McGonigal will give you tools to take control of "Stress".
