Dear <<First Name>>
Welcome to the March 2017 edition of your BNI Australia Newsletter.
Amazing people are behind this amazing organisation
On behalf of everyone here at BNI Australia, we would like to thank you for taking the time lend us your voice by completing the recent #BNIVoice survey..
By any standard, a national response rate of 42% is exceptional. We truly are a strong united voice for business throughout Australia.
#BNIVoice was designed to help us gain a greater understanding of your business insights and opinions, and that has certainly been achieved thanks to your collective buy in to the survey process!
Together we can always achieve more and we are truly humbled by your support of this new initiative. We are now well placed to start the process of increasing the wider business community’s awareness and understanding of BNI.
We are determined to use our collective voice to ensure that the business community is more aware of the amazing results you achieve in your Chapter. We acknowledge this will take time, rest assured that we are 100% committed to the long term investment this will require.
We would like to say a special thank you to the 80% of BNI Members in South Australia who responded to the Survey. An awesome achievement!
The Survey results are being analysed by our Media Consultants and a report will be available on www.bnibusinesssurvey.com.au shortly. From there we will carry on our plans to communicate those results to National and Local Media. If you want to participate in this process please communicate with your local BNI Director.
Thank you again for all you do to help your fellow Chapter Members.

The Importance Of Teamwork In The Workplace
Encouraging teamwork between employees is an ideal way to increase positive results in the workplace, as well as promote personal growth in a group environment. Sharing responsibilities between multiple people giving each individual the opportunity to take risks and teaches conflict resolution skills for when disagreements arise.
'6 Benefits of Teamwork in the Workplace' discusses the importance of working together to build trust, foster creativity and blend complementary strengths.
Facing Difficult Conversations In Your Business
Difficult conversations are critical if you are to build a robust referral network over time. Fearing them could easily undermine the success of your business.
Never launch into a difficult conversation without being clear on the purpose of it. If your purpose is unclear or not constructive, then chances are it’s going to go badly.
'Difficult conversations should never undermine the success of your business' encourages you to face these situations rather than shy away from them and discusses the best way to handle them.
We are looking forward to sharing your thoughts and ideas on BNI’s social media channels. Email social.media@bni.com.au for a chance to see your comments on our Facebook page or blog.
Until soon, in your next BNI newsletter edition.
Warmest regards,
Frederick Marcoux
National Director BNI Australia
