Unite IT Partners' Meeting in Riga 

All nine Unite IT project partners met in Riga for a two-day meeting earlier in July. The third partners' meeting was hosted by LIKTA to reflect on Unite IT achievements, discuss challenges and activities, and set the goals moving forward. READ MORE

e-Mark U Trust Competition

Do you work with graphic design? EC is running a competition for young designers to create a trustmark (symbol or logo) for qualified electronic trust services. Your trustmark could be used on websites in all 28 European countries. READ MORE

GEM-Tech Awards 2014

Gender Equality Mainstreaming - Technology (GEM-Tech) Award aims to honor outstanding performers and role models in the field of ICT. You can also nominate individuals or organisations, both women and men. Check the seven award categories and propose your candidate.

New Members Join TE in July

We are proud to welcome our two new members: Ministry of Science, Education and Sport (Slovenia) and MAKS vzw (Belgium). Our member from Slovenia is responsible for development of the information society based on knowledge and life-long learning. MAKS vzw is a Dutch speaking organisation in Brussels to help jobseekers finding a job. They run a specific employment program for youngsters and offer other similar services to tackle unemployment in the region.
