Great Things Ahead...

  • We are all very excited about the new Market footprint--approximately five straight blocks of Market fun from the train tracks to Oak Street. And hopefully, our customers will love it as much as we do.
  • Have you been featured in the newsletter in the past six months? Have you been featured on Facebook? Have you sent me your FAQs or new pictures for your page on our website? If not, please do! I want to be able to brag about you to our nearly 10,000 facebook fans.
  • Have you asked your Facebook friends to like our page? If not, please do. ( At this moment, we have around 9,600. It would be great to hit the 10,000 mark.
  • This Saturday I have hard copies of the Vendor FAQs that I will be delivering to vendors who have not filled theirs out yet. Feel free to be creative with your answers to these questions. Customers love to know who you are as a person, why you love what you do, and why your product is special. A good story--and great pictures--will help you sell your product (or service) and make more money.
Keep up the good work!

Flowers, Food, and Fun at the Market!

The temperature is climbing, but it's not summer yet. Now's the time to get outside and celebrate the weather! Enjoy live entertainment by Brian Sutherland. Pick up some new plant friends from Gonzalez Plants, Central Florida Berries, Tropical Garden, or The Friendly Native. Eat al fresco, and enjoy a delicious savory treat from Becky's, BJB Seafood, R. Michael Family Co., or Viva!. We can't wait to see you again on Saturday!

Vendor Specials!

Hilltop Peaches

Our local peach vendor is getting close to the end of her season, and this Saturday will be one of her last for the year. Grab her peaches before they're gone. You could even freeze them and save them for smoothies or pies to enjoy later.

Crazy Pattie's Jewelry

Mike and Patty are beginning their summer vacation soon, so this will be their last Saturday until the Fall. Stop by their tent to say goodbye and check out some of their end of season specials!

The Diverse Dandelion

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Diverse Dandelion will not be at the Market this Saturday. They will be at the Market May 21 and May 28, which will be their last two Saturdays, and they will be having a special--buy one item, get a second item of equal or lesser value for half price.

New Market Footprint:

Due to the new construction on Bay Street, the Market now stretches directly north from the train tracks, up North Kentucky Avenue, across Pine Street and Bay Street, all the way to Oak Street. That's approximately five block of Market fun! There is parking conveniently located at both ends of the market--on Oak Street and across the train tracks by Munn Park. As always, there is also on-street parking on Tennesee Ave. and Pine St.
