TAIWAN LEADING THE WAY IN PARTICIPATORY GOVERNMENT
A novel collection of civic technologies, government commitments, and mass media participation is reshaping the nation’s democratic process. Dubbed vTaiwan, it demonstrates that democracy is always a work in progress and there are ever more opportunities for participation and deliberation to be integrated into formal government processes.
