Demi Cummins
Diversity and Inclusion at Tesco

Guest Editor

The world of Diversity and Inclusion fascinates me. Every conversation I have, opens up more questions and provides new exciting ideas. At Tesco, we have some very strong values that are truly at the heart of our business. ‘We treat people how they want to be treated’ is our stand out value for me in this space. We know that looking after our colleagues in a culture of trust and respect is essential to the success of Tesco. We know that if people can be themselves at Tesco, they will thrive and deliver whilst feeling happy, valued and fulfilled. It is everyone’s responsibility to encourage and celebrate diversity. If you are interested in finding out more, I am always up for sharing ideas so please feel free to get in touch.
