POW! WOW!, an international  art movement that celebrates culture, music and art in cities around the world is coming to NoMa!

POW! WOW! brings talented local and international artists together in partnerships with community members that enrich, beautify and enliven neighborhoods. The POW! WOW! festival will include exciting experiences and create beautiful murals that will become part of NoMa. Almost 20 extraordinarily talented muralists from DC and around the world will be creating original masterpieces as part of this year's POW! WOW!

Matt Corrado, Jacob Eveland, Persue, Insa, Vero, Drew Merritt, The YOK, Sheryo, HOXXOH, Caratoes, Cory Oberndorfer, No Kings Collective, HKS181, Kelly Towles, Wooden Wave, Naturel, Jeff Gress, and Decoy.

Saturday, May 21 – Opening Celebration
NoMa Junction @ Storey Park – 1005 First Street NE
11am-6pm
The festival will kick off with a party and a market including food trucks, vendors, DJs and art.

Thursday, May 26 – Happy Hour and Mural Tour
The tour begins at The Lobby Project – 1200 First Street NE
6pm-8pm || Mural Tour begins at 6:30pm
Join us in the Lobby Project for happy hour with some of the POW!WOW! artists. At 6:30pm, we will tour the neighborhood and check out a few of the murals.
