NoMa Parks Foundation Wins WBJ "Best Community Impact" Award for "NoMa Green"

We are pleased to report that the NoMa Parks Foundation's "NoMa Green" project, located where NoMa and Eckington meet along the Metropolitan Branch Trail, received a special "Best Community Impact" award from the Washington Business Journal at the publication's Best Real Estate Deals of 2016 event last week.

Acquiring the "NoMa Green" site was a complex transaction involving the NoMa Parks Foundation, Pepco (the property owner), and developer Foulger-Pratt, which will be constructing a multifamily, mixed-use building next to the park. Read all about it on the WBJ website
