Confirmation is expected shortly from the USPTO, the Chinese Patent Office and IP India.
EPO President, Mr Benoit Battistelli and WIPO Director General Mr Francis Gurry will also participate in a plenary session on the most recent developments in the IP5, the Global Dossier and e-PCT. Developments in these fora will no doubt affect how patent attorneys practice going forward.

Attendance at a FICPI World Congress is normally limited to members of the Federation. FICPI urges that anyone wishing to attend the Congress, who is not a FICPI member, should apply for FICPI membership as soon as possible.
