On Wednesday, 20th November 2019, the Voting Delegates of PeakCare’s Member organisations will be required to exercise their onerous responsibility to elect candidates to fill vacated positions on PeakCare’s Board. PeakCare asks that Voting Delegates take this responsibility very seriously. The future strategic directions of our organisation and its sound governance will be very much influenced by the decisions you make. It is incumbent upon all Voting Delegates to carefully consider the best interests of PeakCare and all our Members throughout the State when choosing your preferred candidates.

CHANGING THE PERSON AUTHORISED TO SERVE AS YOUR ORGANISATION'S VOTING DELEGATE
All Members organisations are asked to consider the instructions included within this document about changing the person authorised to serve as your organisation’s Voting Delegate. Please note that only a person who has been properly authorised by a Member organisation to serve as its Voting Delegate is able to vote for candidates nominated for election to the Board. No other representative of your organisation is permitted to vote.
Please check that you are aware who your organsation’s Voting Delegate is, and if you wish to change the person authorised to perform this role, make sure that this advice is emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org by no later than close of business on 18th November.
GUIDELINES FOR VOTING DELEGATES TO LODGE A PROXY VOTE
In order to vote, an authorised Voting Delegate MUST physically attend the Annual General Meeting unless they have properly assigned their vote to a ‘proxy’ who will be in attendance. A Proxy Voting Form must be deposited with the Board Secretary (i.e. PeakCare’s Executive Director) prior to commencement of the Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, 20th November. It would be preferred if the completed form could be emailed to the Board Secretary C/- Ms June Darvill (email@example.com) or faxed to Ms Darvill on 07 3368 1160 by close of business on Monday, 18th November 2019.
