New Directory and Booking System

I am writing to you since you are already a member of our holiday property listing website, to let you know that the new Owners-Direct portal is now live.
For you it means that your property will be more visible in the marketplace, and you can easily manage your updates and bookings online.
The new portal is based on the latest web technology and integrates with nine of the most popular social networks such as Facebook and Twitter, which helps marketing tremendously. It has extra features such as Google maps, a calendar and a real time booking engine, which can be set up to integrate with your own website, if you wish.
The new portal is in fact two separate websites: The first website at Owners-Direct.Net is an advanced, human edited directory, where you are welcome to list your property free of charge. It is simple to use, just sign up, confirm your email and and enter the details. If you have a website, the system will find your website draw some of the information from it, including a thumbnail image, so you do not need to enter everything. Add any relevant information you want, including the address of your holiday property for Google maps, and you can be included in the directory. For a free listing we will ask you for a reciprocal link from your website, or if you do not have one, you can have a one-way listing for € 9.95 per year, and we can link it to your rental advertisement. The second website in the portal is a listing and an independent Booking System, there is a link to it at Owners-Direct.net . We will gradually be moving existing valid listings from the old Owners-Direct.com website to the new site, and the information will be the same as you already have entered. However, if you want to set up your listing there yourself, you will benefit from the full facilities, which includes up to 12 photos and a booking request feature. In addition you get access to a "dashboard" so you can configure your listing and manage your bookings. Please review the features in detail at http://owners-direct.net/booking
The normal price for the Booking System is 180 Euros per year for one property, but if you have already paid 49 Euros and you have a valid ad at the old website, you are entitled to a free self-service upgrade to the new Booking System. If your ad at the old website has expired, you can currently renew it at the same low price, i.e. 49 Euros, at the new system. If you currently have a basic 29 Euros ad, you can upgrade to the new system for 20 Euros only.
