Bay Area Young Positives, Inc. (BAY Positives) provides critical care and supportive services to youth (26 & under) living with HIV/AIDS in the SF Bay Area. Through collaborative, culturally competent, strength-based interventions — both individual & group — we strive to help young people with HIV/AIDS to live longer, happier, healthier, more productive, quality-filled lives.
Founded in 1990 as the first peer-run 501(c)3 HIV/AIDS Youth Advocacy nonprofit in the World, BAY Positives is today a peer-driven organization that supports the development and leadership of HIV+ youth. With the expressed aim of preventing further HIV transmission amongst youth, we strive to end the Epidemic.
