Here's to the New Year

Well it seems that the new year is almost upon us. I know how hard we've all worked and how we appreciate all that we have achieved. I hope that in 2011 we continue to strive for success and that the effort will reward us by bringing us closer to our dream.

May it be a great one.

In my last post for the year I wanted to share something that I learned in life that has held me in good stead. The post is called Sometimes It's Better To Just Not Give A Shit What the readers don't know, and only you are privy to, is that the post originate over this image that I received in my inbox. ;)

Maybe it's my warped sense of humor but I liked it and I decided I had to write a post where it could be included. Just to show you an example of my humor you may want to read Sire's Ice Breaker Pick Up Line which comes complete with a video of myself telling a joke. A word of warning though there may be some that consider it to be crude. Me, I just thought it was funny and it was all I could do to keep from laughing. My kids always tell me off for laughing at my own jokes.

There's just a couple more links that I want to share with you. One is of a new blogger I've just started following. His name is Allan Douglas and he is one of the few professional writers I know. I'm sure hoping to learn something from him. The link is to his post So You Want To Be A Writer?

The second link is to a program that saves me so much time it's become invaluable. The program is called MailWasher Pro and yes that is an affiliate link. I get hundreds of spam emails every day and if it wasn't for that program I doubt I would have as much time to doing the things that I love, which includes blogging and commenting on other blogs.
